Can you tell me if this is a Native American piece? Found at coin store

I love it either way, but I’d sure like to know. It looks handmade and is fairly contemporary. I think the stone is bone, and the hallmark is “GRS”. Thanks in advance for any information you can offer!

Thank you for sharing. The pendant could be Navajo made, not familiar with the GRS. This would be a beginner pendant, the work is very basic. It is hard to tell from the picture if this is bone.
