Evaluate turquoise and value assistance

I was gifted this squash blossom necklace on my 60th birthday by dear friends. The story is that he had it made for her in the 70’s and I believe it was from Nevada or Colorado. It is marked AB and looks like Art Batala from what I see in Wright’s Hallmarks book. Under that signature is 73. It’s special to me and knowing more would be terrific. Thanks for your expertise folks!

I came across Alvin Boy in Wright’s, looks like a possibility. Also found this online https://www.ebay.com/itm/EARLY-OLD-PAWN-NAVAJO-SIGNED-ROSE-ALVIN-BOY-STERLING-MORENCI-TURQUOISE-RING-/371545429990. Looks like the pieces was never worn. $750 - $900

Thank you Jason! It does look like his signature! So pleased to know. Can you determine the type of turquoise? I never saw her wear it but I wear it often and enjoy it! She took great care of it as do I.

It is difficult to tell what type of turquoise this is.
