I found this in a local consignment shop. It appears to be cast and the band looks like it was repaired or resized. The inlay materials look legitimate and the workmanship is not bad. There are no marks except for the 49$ price that someone wrote inside.

It is legit. This is a common style of ring. We get those nice cast ring shanks from a Zuni artist, but we see them by Navajo smiths as well. The inlay is most likely Navajo and the materials in this ring look very nice. Good find.
