Is this sterling belt buckle by Navajo James Shay? Not completely sure about the JS hallmark. If it indeed is where would you price this piece please? Thank you in advance for looking.

I looked up James Shay. I didn’t find a JS stamp by him that looked like this, but I imagine it could be a piece of his work. It has a cool look with the coral, turquoise and leafs. However, this style is usually really light, is that correct? I would imagine something like $90 - $120.
