I’m attempting this on my phone just to see if I can. The Hallmark is a stamped JVB. Do you guys think this is the correct artist? Also looking for some idea of its value
Now that I’ve uploaded the pictures on my phone, the third from last looks like I see white down in the crevice of one of the stones. Hopefully it’s real, I will check it when I get home.
In Hougart’s book it list JVB being the hallmark for James Victor Begaye. It does not show a picture of the hallmark but the description of his style fits this bracelet. This is a nice bracelet and those are real stones. Hougart says he is the father of Vernon and Marco, two very good and established artists. $390
