Thank you for your reply. With all of the jewelry out there it is often difficult to know what may be real or fake.
I have been trying to find any identifiers of the initials M T V which is inscribed on the back of the necklace. So far I have not had much luck in identifying the maker. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
You might do some research for Zuni last names that begin with V, and then use that last name V… Zuni jewelry and see if you get anything that looks close. One problem might be the age of the necklace, this piece predates internet and if the artist didn’t make jewelry in the internet age it can be difficult to find similar piece.
