Unknown Hallmark from piece dating to early 1960's or late 50's

Hi, I was curious if anyone can tell me who this hallmark belongs to. It is on the back of a Navajo Silver Bead Necklace Pendant. It was sold as being from the 60’s or 70’s but the stones face appears to be hand cut and polished so we think it might be a little older. Can’t seem to find it anywhere. To me it looks like two 9’s back to back. Thanks!

Hello, I come across a description of a hallmark that might match this, Romijo Rosetta, but can not find anything online that she has made. Do find a Joseph Rosetta http://www.rubylane.com/item/727534-15261/Vintage-Joseph-Rosetta-Santa-Domingo which I imagine to be same family. This might help your search, thanks for sharing.

Thanks Jason. I have searched the hallmarks book by Hougart and no luck there either. I’m trying to find a used copy of Schaaf’s book(s). Maybe you’re right, she’s just unknown. It is a beautiful piece though. Kevin
