Does anyone know who made this piece?

This piece looks very similar to a piece on this site by Mary and Lee Weebothee, But it is not signed. It is also very dirty. I am not sure if I should clean it or not. Any information would be very helpful. Thanks.

It has that Weebothee look, but I am not sure. The dangles are different, especially the tips. Do you have any information about this piece? when it was acquired? Thanks for sharing. Jason

A 90 year old lady, came up to me at an Antique Show and offered to sell it. She said that she has had it for a very long time. But needed to have some repairs on her home done. She did not remember where she got it from.
Thank you for sharing.

It is very nice. I have showed it to a couple of other people that are very familiar with Mary & Lee Weebothee work and they feel it is not theirs, thanks again for sharing.

Thank you so much for you time, and for checking into it for me.
